Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality scheduling experience for all clients, I have implemented a 15-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, or your service may be shortened. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, payable before booking a new appointment. Failure to show up for an appointment with will result in a charge of the full service amount. “A no call no show.” Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. If you are dissatisfied with your color service, please contact me within one week, and I will be happy to provide a complimentary color adjustment under my one-week color fix policy.
